Private suite on the top of the owners’ inhabited villa with lake access and unique views of the Alps. Most highlights can be reached in less than 1 hr. Layout: spacious bedroom (with home cinema), attached panorama lounge, large kitchen, bathroom - all privately used. For occupancy of 3-5 people another private bedroom/bathroom (floor below, access by lift) is provided. Access to lake and garden. Free parking/wifi. Children are possible, small dogs only. The space
The villa is located a little outside and is very popular for its modern architecture, the spacious rooms with stylish interiors, the direct private access to the lake and the beautiful views of the mountains. The lake shore offers swimming opportunities (ideally between June to September), garden loungers, barbecue area and dining table right on the lake. Guests can also use one of our standup paddles (SUP). Located centrally to quickly access the major Swiss tourist attractions, 20 minutes to ski resorts. It is advised to travel the place by car. Public transport is possible (train, bus, taxi).
Guest access
If 2 people are booked you have access to the private suite on the top of the building. Private access through the lockable kitchen door, private floor, master bedroom (Chillout Room), Panorama Lounge, bathroom, panoramic kitchen with dining room.
If you are a group of 3-5 people: then you get access to another nice room (Garden Room) on the middle floor with a spacious bathroom (both privately used by the guests). This floor is shared with the hosts, their rooms are hidden in a corner. Good privacy through the easy accessibility with the house lift.
You have also access to the wonderful and spacious garden area and the lake shore (shared with us, no other guests). Access to guests' stand up paddle (SUP).

Due to the special hygiene regulations of Covid-19, the rooms are cleaned particularly intensively and the most important areas are treated with disinfectants.
